Tom Lie-Nielson and Daughter busy selling all those desirable objects on the right. Ah, perhaps one day if ERNIE pays out........
As usual an excellent demonstration on the Leigh stand.
The mortise and tenon jig as shown here by Keith Birkett is certainly a beautifully made piece of equipment but you would have to make an awful lot of joints to warrant spending over £600 on it.
I thought that the Trend stand was not up to its usual standard. Nothing was priced and parts are becoming ever more expensive.
Metabo had very desirable machinery on display and their band saw blades were very reasonable prices. Their planer/thicknesser would have suited my workshop admirably.
I really like Clifton planes and the staff on the stand are always very patient and knowledgeable. I had to work very hard to resist a purchase here! I found the Spirocrafter kit on the Milescraft stand intriguing and ended up buying one. I am a sucker for gadgets and my inventive side is already wondering what extra use I could make of this.
Had a Rat chat with Ron Fox (centre) and look, those 'Rat T-shirts get everywhere.
Here is Martin on the Veritas stand busy selling those lovely planes right up the last minutes.
I really don't think those American woodworking skirts are going to catch on here though!
